Our story begins back in 1975 when founder Jennifer “Jen” Coconut first started selling homemade coconut cookies as a Girl Scout in Hawaii. Her passion for coconut confections led Jen to open the very first Coconut Girl bakery and ice cream shop in Honolulu in 1995.
For over 25 years, we’ve been sharing Jen’s secret family recipes and aloha spirit with coconut lovers nationwide. All of our treats are lovingly handcrafted using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. We source juicy tropical fruits and premium Kona coffee direct from Hawaii and extract the creamiest coconut milk straight from young coconuts.
