We aim to display products as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colors or measurements you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the color of a product.
Given measurement variances between different garments, we also cannot guarantee an exact size match for any item.
Product Availability
We will make every effort to ship your order according to stock availability. However, we may not always have every item in stock in the quantities ordered. We reserve the right to limit order quantities on certain products.
Mozo Chef® Shoes also reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or make slight changes to product details without notice based on improvements, shortages, manufacturing changes, etc. If a product is listed on our site with an inaccurate description, we apologize for the error – please call or email us so we can update for future customers.
Pricing
The prices displayed on MozoShoe.com include VAT (where applicable). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are packed according to the price list at the time the order is received.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you prior to shipping the item. You may choose to pay the difference or cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges

We offer free return shipping within the U.S. and exchanges within 30 days of purchase date provided items are unworn with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for arrivals to us from outside the U.S.
We will process and refund returns within approximately 3 business days of receiving the items back into our warehouse. Refunds can take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on credit card statements depending on your bank.

Shipping & Delivery
