Placing Orders
You may browse the Moda International® online store anonymously without creating an account. However, you must register an account to complete purchases.

Shipping Policies
Moda International ships Products to addresses within the United States and internationally. Delivery timeframes displayed during checkout are estimates only; we are not liable for any delays that occur during transit or customs clearance.
You assume full shipping costs based on your location, order contents, and selected shipping speed. We may refuse or cancel orders due to shipping restrictions or inaccuracies in the delivery address provided.
Shipment confirmation containing tracking information will be sent once your order dispatches. Title and risk of loss transfers to you when merchandise is delivered to the carrier. Investigate all delivery discrepancies with the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with claims process as needed.
Returns and Exchanges
Moda International gladly accepts returns and exchanges on all unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags still attached. You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returned items must be in salable condition. We reserve the right to reject refunds for used, damaged or excessively worn Products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Make sure to use a trackable shipping method for your protection. Refunds are issued once we inspect your return at our facilities to confirm eligibility. Allow 2-3 weeks for returns processing.
If you would prefer an exchange instead, notify our customer service team. We will ship the replacement item once we have received and verified your return. Availability of sizes and colors for exchanges is not guaranteed.
Sale merchandise is final sale and ineligible for returns or refunds. Custom and special order Products may also be excluded from return policies. Check your items carefully upon receipt before use.
