Our passion for grilling began over 50 years ago, when our founder started experimenting with making charcoal and gas grills in his backyard. In 1970, we officially launched Master Forge® Grills with a small product line of charcoal and gas grills. We partnered with local retailers and focused on building grills that offered the perfect balance of value and reliability. As word spread about our grills, demand grew quickly. Before long, we were rapidly expanding our operations to keep up.
Today, Master Forge® is one of the leading manufacturers of charcoal grills, gas grills, pellet grills, and smokers in North America. Over the decades, we’ve continued to innovate and bring new technologies and features to our grills, while staying true to our original commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Our Factory
We take pride in making Master Forge® Grills right here in the USA at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in South Carolina. Our 200,000 square foot factory houses an experienced team of over 500 employees who expertly fabricate, weld, and assemble each component of our grills.
We closely monitor every step of the manufacturing process to ensure superior quality control. All materials and parts are carefully inspected before being skillfully put together by hand. We rigorously test our finished grills to guarantee optimal performance and safety. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain the highest manufacturing standards and deliver exceptionally crafted grills.
Our convenient East Coast location means we can efficiently distribute our grills across North America. We can quickly adapt to meet demand, while keeping lead times short and minimizing our shipping footprint. Our centralized manufacturing also makes it easier for us to control costs and pass those savings to our customers.
